Hotel JEN - Experience Brand Strategy

Working with the leadership team at Shangri-La, we worked closely to develop an entirely new proposition and experience strategy for Hotel JEN, positioning it as hotel of choice for Gen Y / Z customers across Asia, focusing on young ‘Asia Pace Setters’ and entrepreneurs  -  shaping a strategy that differentiates the JEN experience in a cluttered and competitive marketplace.
